Pixies running that fast sounds really funny to me. I learned to play in 3.5 where small creatures got 20, not 25 move speed. I don't think it makes sense that pixies have 20 land movement speed. Of course if they're spellcasters, tiny is almost completely irrelevant.

If they can only use light weapons, which I think makes sense, then they are going to have terrible damage for most melee classes. Perhaps tiny shouldn't be a -4, but when you think about a melee class playing a pixie it makes sense. I'm thinking because it's a pixie's basic move, it's flight should only be a 1 or 1.5 max. What is it specifically about the flight rules that you don't like? Im not entirely convinced that the rules we have down are where it should be upon completion of our project. So with tiny we just took that one step further. Small creatures have disadvantage to attack with heavy weapons and attack. We based it off of the small creature and then built a little.
